This is one of the best fishing spots on Bolivar Peninsula, this is were locals would pay to fish. I have caught Reds, Flounder and Trout here.
There are canals on both sides of the property going toward the Intracoastal waterway.
Property is leveled, water & electric are there. Septic service is available. North canal is getting dredged out, back to it's original depth.
